Service from staff. Look of hotel and restaurants. Access to beach. Facilities and activities on offer.

Buffet variation could have been better specifically with regards to Mauritian food. Tourists come to experience local cuisine and wouldn't trust street vendors (outside the hotel). Could have had gateaux piments, dhal puri, Mauritian curries etc. Spa was slightly underwhelming. No pool there. Lack of scents in steam rooms. Given an XXL gown when my wife is petite. Slightly poor staff service in terms of having to ask them various things. But all the above are minor gripes as opposed to being dissatisfied or let down.
