"Gute Lage, zu teuer!"

Positiv: Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Kurpark. Schönes Gebäude und hochwertige Zimmerausstattung. Bett war bequem. Aufzüge vorhanden.

Negativ: Keine Fliegengitter. Waschbecken-Abfluss roch, da stark verschmutzt. ( siehe Foto), Duschgelspender sehr schwer zu drücken. Türen teils schwer zu öffnen. Nicht überall seniorengerecht. Frühstück durchschnittlich. Parkplatz gebührenpflichtig. Insgesamt zu teuer, Preis-Leistung passt nicht.

die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr toll, das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut

Es gab einen Ausfall des Wassers nachts um 24:00 Uhr, was ja mal passieren kann und nach meiner freundlichen Nachfrage bei dem Nachtportier war dieser wirklich sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe um eine Flasche Wasser gebeten, damit ich mir die Zähne putzen kann und er: "wenn sie sich jetzt noch waschen möchten, dann können sie auch gleich in die Sauna gehen"

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hat eine super Auswahl, mir hat da nichts gefehlt. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für mich nichts. Alles bestens.

Dieses mal war das Personal sehr zurückhaltend aber man muss nicht immer in der besten Laune sein.
