Falls short of a five star hotel. Upon check in I was told they only have a king size room available and if I wanted to upgrade to the towers and pay additional money per night. My booking was for four people - two double beds. Next morning I wake up to 3 contractors leaning on my window of the estate view room which was a view of a roof and ac units. I contacted management about the noise and privacy of people looking into my room and I had to chase the manager down to change my room. You need to wake up early to get a lounge chair and if you leave it for an hour your belongings are removed in which case was done to me. Let’s not forget the dog poop that was all over the pool walkway. And to top it off my belongings left on my pool chair disappeared and apparently there are no cameras by the pool. I then had to file a police report. Food is overpriced and over an hour wait for lunch. You have to pay for a cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning. The grounds are very nice but there were too many shortcomings to want to return or justify the amount spent.

Horrible beds

Not even close to a 5 star experience for several reasons. The resort was overbooked, there were no chairs available at any of the pools. The staff is poorly trained and often unpleasant. It takes forever to get anything sent to the room. The food at the restaurants is average at best. The experience was much closer to a 3 or 4 star hotel or resort.

Such an elegant location! Lots of pool options, beautiful rooms and hotel!
