Cloister at The Boca Raton

We ALWAYS Love our stays at The Boca Resort!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cloister. We arrived about 5am as our flight got in to fort lauderdale, very early. We were prepared to be turned away and told to come back at check-in but instead, the very sweet receptionist checked us into our room where we were able to get some rest. Every time we needed something, the hotel staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. We had a small bite to eat in the lobby bar which was absolutely fabulous (and I'm still craving it). The grounds are vast and plenty to do on site. Water slides, beautiful pools, lazy rivers, plenty of restaurants. I really enjoyed how the employees had these adorable uniforms for each shop that they were working in. The candy shop was very cute and the coffee shop was delicious. All around it was an exceptional experience. Overall, the employees couldn't have been more helpful and gracious.

Great place for staycation

Beautiful property and excellent service. Comfortable bed and pillows. lExtra $100+ facility and tax fee daily , i wasn’t expecting, in addition to high base cost. They add 20% gratuity to everything so check your receipts before adding an additional tip! It’s beautiful but very pricey. If you don’t mind splurging a bit , you will love it.

The room next to me had kids (teenagers) left alone and were screaming for hours. At no fault of the hotel, they sent security right after I called.

Overall a good stay, staff was well prepared for all the people fleeing from the west coast hurricane. My only complaint would be that the food was not up to my liking.

The hotel was magnificent and the staff was amazing!

We love the Boca Resort. Everything about this hotel is just so wonderful!

Luxury and refinement. We love this property. Much better than The Breakers Palm Beach and much more reasonable.
