Tilgængelighed til Braunlage, til Wurmberg, naturen.. God mad særligt morgenmaden. Mulighed for alsidig parkering, aktiviteter til børn og voksne og muligheden for at købe lokale smykker og kunstgenstande

Forvirring over hvem der har adgang til restaurant om aftenen, og skal man reserve et bord, er det så 7 per eller 4 personer? Samt at der bør flere ansatte i baren/spisestedet ved receptionen. 1 eller 2 ansatte er ikke nok, hvis hotellet har over 400-500 gæster i højsæsonen. Stramme op på rygereglerne, da flere gæster sås ryge fra balkonen.

Sehr kinderfreundlich und wirklich schöne Spielzimmer sowie warmes Wasser im Innenpool! Es gab ein schönes Programm für die kleinen und sehr nette Animateure, 1A war das Kinderbuffet, toll!!!

An zwei von vier Tagen war das Essen qualitativ eher Kantinenniveau, als der Küchenchef wieder da war, war es besser! Leider gab es immer TK Gemüse , lieber weniger Gemüse und frisch als TK das will niemand!
