Stanza spaziosa. Molto gradite le bottiglie di acqua di benvenuto, così come anche il bollitore elettrico con dotazione di caffè e altro. Personale efficiente e gentile. Colazione superlativa: anche meglio di quanto ricordassi (ultimo soggiorno 3-4 anni fa).

Proprio per voler esser puntigliosi, un dispenser a muro, quello del balsamo (non ci sono le solite bottigliette et sim in dotazione), è risultato bloccato e quindi inutilizzabile. Ma davvero poco male, tanto che non ci si è nemmeno ricordati di segnalare la cosa in loco...

Onze annulering na een klacht is opgepakt en we hebben snel geld terug gekregen.

Toen we nog maar net op onze kamer waren, zagen we een kakkerlak op het bed en in de badkamer. We zijn toen direct naar de receptie gegaan om uit te checken. Het was even lastig om beschikbaar personeel te vinden, mogelijk omdat inchecken en uitchecken ook digitaal kan. We zijn uiteindelijk geholpen, hebben ervoor gekozen om door te rijden naar huis. Op de eerstvolgende werkdag hebben we bevestiging gekregen dat we een volledige refund kregen.
