The hotel was very big, the parking possibilities are great and we had a very big room with a nice view.

The airconditioning was not working well, we had in on the whole day and it still was 26,5 degrees in our room. Also at night it was 14 degrees outside but in our room (with the AC on) it was 25 degrees.

Tolle Zimmer, komplett neu renoviert

Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr qualifiziert, hatte Probleme, die Abrechnung - Buchung über booking com - nachzuvollziehen . Wirkte überfordert

Zimmerausstattung, außer die kaputte Klima!

Sehr viel! Das Zimmer war unerträglich warm, 27 grad im Mai. An Schlafen war somit kaum zu denken. Schade! Die Klimaanlage ging nicht und auf Nachfrage sagte das Personal, es könnte sein, dass die Klima nicht geht. Aber auf eine Teilerstattung oder generell dem Kunden wurde nicht eingegangen. Schlechter Beigeschmack!
