They really tried to do their best. It is pretty good centrally located. The is a problem with electricity which is not their fault but I was not aware of it. Very noisy as no isolation. All those house boats r like 50 years old and they have that ol times charm but a bit away from civilization.

It’s too restricted area, Kashmir , too much military and check points. The whole atmosphere is way different from the rest of India.
