Die Lage ist optimal,gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Das Hotel hat auf sehr schöne Art den alte Flair des Jugendstil ins Neue übertragen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem. Es stehen gute Pflegeprodukte im Bad zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und frisch. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Mehrere Kaffeemaschinen😊 Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wenn wieder Hamburg, dann wieder dieses Hotel.

Ich persönlich habe eine Minibar im Zimmer vermisst.
