地理位置離國華街，神農街，水仙宮市場都很近，走路就能到 空間很大，有流理台冰箱方便吃東西清洗食物餐具，但冷氣只有在客廳，雖然是開放式空間，但床鋪區稍嫌悶熱，如果床鋪區涼了，客廳又冷到不行

廁所無排風扇，臭味熱氣無法排出，客廳到盥洗室溫差太大
