Nous avions réservé une chambre double avec lits double, à notre arrivée nous avons remarqué que notre chambre disposait de deux lits simples collés. Alors nous sommes descendu auprès de l'hôtesse et à priori elle nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de lits doubles. Nous avons fait savoir que nous n'étions pas satisfait alors elle nous a surclassé dans une chambre plus grande cette fois ci avec lit double et nous avons été satisfait de la façon dont l'hôtesse a pris en compte notre demande. C'est très professionnel comme réaction nous recommandons donc cet hôtel.

Das Frühstück!! Der Käse war nicht appetitlich, die Brötchen hart, das Rührei ohne Geschmack. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum wirkte abweisend und eher genervt

Sehr freundliches Personal, Katzen dürfen in der Lobby leben und Nachhaltigkeit wird groß geschrieben.

Ich persönlich habe nichts zu bemängeln aber meine Begleitung war unzufrieden mit Schimmel in einigen Fugen in der Dusche 🤷

Zentrale Lage in Hannover

Trotz Klimaanlage im Mai sehr warm im Zimmer mit >27 Grad. Hotel insgesamt sehr angewöhnt. Flure, Zimmer etc.. das Hotel hat seine guten Zeiten eindeutig hinter sich.

Lange Wartezeit an der Rezeption. Modriger Geruch in den Gängen des Hotels, insgesamt heruntergekommener Eindruck der Ausstattung, generell billig wirkender Eindruck. Hoher Preis für ein Billig-Hotel.

"Super Preisleistungsverhältnis, Innenstadt Nähe - kommen gerne wieder"

Das Zimmer war schön ruhig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die kostenfreie Minibar (5 Getränke) ist super, gerade an den heißen Tagen. Die kostenfreien Getränke an der Rezeption um Wartezeiten zu versüßen. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Probleme werden sofort gelöst….

Anfänglich lief der Check in etwas schleppend. Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber Einzelzimmer zugewiesen. Zurück an der Rezeption super unkompliziert- als Entschädigung neues Zimmer mit kostenlosem Upgrade erhalten. Topp!
