Great location right in the heart of Köln. Nice and comfortable hotel.

The coffee machine in our room didn't work. We reported this and they promised to send up a replacement...over an hour later the replacement still hadn't arrived and we were checking out.

Zimmer sltbackrn. Nur 1 Steckdose zm Laden der Geräte. Keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften, dadurch stickige Luft. Montags ab 22:45 Uhr keine Gastronomie mehr geöffnet. Frühstück o.k., Service beim Frühstück mangelhaft.

"Sehr schönes Hotel das meine Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt hat"

Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage des Hotels ist super. Parken in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Dedign und architektonisch ansprechend.

Sauberkeit im Bad nicht in Ordnung. Die Basics waren nicht erfüllt :Zahngläser nicht sauber, Amaturen der Dusche voller Flecken, Glas der Duschwand schmierig, , an der Wand neben dem Kosmetik Spiegel Spritzer, Kosmetik Tücher leer. Im Zimmer bei der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers keine Batterien enthalten. Dann beim Anschalten des TV ist der Porno Sender eingestellt. Im Bett ein Haar. Zugesagter Hundekorb nicht vorhanden.
