Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar für Unternehmungen jeder Art. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sachkundig. Speisen und Getränke waren lecker und von guter Qualität!

Wir kamen wegen der vielen Autobahn-Baustellen leider erst um Mitternacht an. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer entsprach nicht unserem Geschmack, auf Nachfrage haben wir dann ein sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen. Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools von 07:00 bis 23:00 Uhr fanden wir super, er ist auch groß genug und der Bereich sauber und mit Duschen und Umkleiden ausgestattet. Bademäntel und Schlappen auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit schönem Ausblick auf den Rhein. Garage im Parkhaus nebenan. Jederzeit für einen angenehmen Zwischenstopp und Kurzurlaub geeignet. Gut zum Abschalten.

Der Concierge war recht muffig. Kein "Herzlich Willkommen", kein "Gute Nacht" oder "Angenehmen Aufenthalt", insgesamt sehr ruppig in der Art. Daher kostete es uns Überwindung, nach einem Zimmer mit schönerem Ausblick als auf den Innenhof zu fragen, aber er hat es dann zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst. Die Garage mit 20,- Euro (Rabatt durch das Hotel schon eingerechnet) überteuert für die Gegend. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, bis 8:00 Uhr morgens kostenlos auf der Straße direkt gegenüber des Hotels zu parken und dann erst die Garage zu nutzen, diese wäre pro Stunde berechnet dann billiger.

i am staying in this hotel since years but feel that standard of breakfast is getting down . one major feed back everyday exactly same menu little frustrating if you are staying more that 3-4 dyas . need to be reviewed .
