Uitstekend hotel op alle vlakken! Dicht bij U-bahn en het mooie (groene) historisch centrum. Super uitgebreid ontbijt (bubbels inbegrepen!), ruime en stille kamers, uitstekende bedden, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf hoogste verdiep in Parkvleugel. Parking onder het hotel is een grote troef!

Klein minpuntje: lange afstand (via mooie gang) wandelen van kamers in Parkvleugel naar hoofdgebouw waar receptie, restaurant, bar, zwembad en garage zijn. Ingewikkelde indeling als je er voor het eerst komt, bijvoorbeeld: verdiep -1 van Parkvleugel is -2 van hoofdgebouw.

Зручний паркінг. Дуже класний сніданок. Прекрасний бар,ресторан.

Готель потрібно обновити,старий і грязний ковролін.,на поверхах. В номері не працював кондеціонер,міні бар був в жовтих розводах ,одіяло замале для широкого ліжка,рушники вже старі.косметики в ванні було мало для готеля 4 зірки. Взяли за проживання песика ,але навіть миску не поставили для води. На слідуючий день не працював ліфт і ми спускались і піднімались на 5 поверх пішки,взагалі ліфти працювали досить погано.Інтернет не працював і ми ледве розрахувались для сніданок. Персонал обслуговування працював досить посередньо,таке враження ,що їх беруть з вулиці без досвіду.готель не дотягує до заявленої категорії.

Leider hatte ich eine Glasflasche nach dem Checkin bei der Rezeption überreicht bekommen. Warum steht diese nicht im Zimmer? Gerade wenn man mit viel Gepäck anreist, habe ich keine Hand mehr frei für eine Wasserflasche aus Glas. Die Wartezeit an den Fahrstühlen war auch extrem, weil das Hotel noch ein Nebengebäude hat. Dieses war mit vielen Laufwegen verbunden. Im Flur standen 5 Personen (Management), ich habe freundlich guten Morgen gesagt und wurde von allen 5 Personen, die zum Hotel gehörten ignoriert. Hier wird Dienstleistung groß geschrieben! Das Hotel selbst ist auch sehr veraltet, keine Steckdosen am Bett. Alles sehr altertümlich. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen.

Mooi hotel, grote schone kamer, heerlijk groot bed en op loopafstand van het centrum

De dekbed was te klein voor het bed, was beter geweest als het 2 dekbedden waren geweest
