Room was clean

1. Staff - rather unfriendly, slow at the front desk, under staffed? 2. Asked for an extension for medical reasons, they said can't extend at all. Had.to vacate premises at 11am. Rather early to begin with? 3. Requested towels for room as we ran out in day 2. Never received any towels.

"Generally very good; parking process and lack of shuttle continue to be problematic."

The restaurant (Ventures) had a varied menu, delicious food, and everything was cheerfully delivered to our table by a friendly and hard-working staff. There was plenty of room to accommodate our big group of family members. Our room was immaculate, bed was super-comfortable and we appreciated all of the safety bars in the beautiful bathroom.

Only a few petty details; having to pay for parking, needed more hooks in the bathroom, and would have enjoyed a teakettle in the room- in addition to the coffee maker.

"Clean modern and comfy"

Needed a hotel for only one night and called at the last minute and was able to get in for what I considered a very reasonable rate. The room was great cleaning and comfortable and large. I was able to go downstairs and get some light food and drink which was nice I. Will stay again.

Very convenient for PAE access. Nice room; good restaurant.

No shuttle to PAE. Marriott properties usually have shuttles. you have a nice niche market in that you are the only place that has parking - add a shuttle!
