The snack pantry on our 7th floor was awesome!!

We stayed two nights, we were in a handicap room which was fine; however there was no housekeeping day 2. The handicap shower only had a shorter shower curtain and water from the shower left a 1/2 in of water coving the entire bathroom floor. We put every towel down to soak up the water. When we returned at 11:00 p.m. the wet towels and water were still on the floor. We did not get any fresh towels, water, or in room coffee refilled. When I brought our conditions to the front desk at Checked out, there was no apology…..just hummmm. The water on the tile floor was a disaster waiting to happen as the tile floors were slippery….in a handicap room. That said the hotel is a5/5 for the area, the bar was lovely and bar staff was great.

Beds were good. Lots of luggage racks available. No one hounding you to carry luggage, etc. Parking fee is a jerk-off. Locaation is mostly good about having access to I-5. Not much to walk to around the area. It was quiet at night. Staff started off snooty, but remedied that later when dealing with an issue. After that, they were all good. They seemed pretty high priced to me. Easy driving to main part of city, Snohomish, North and South on I-5. I would stay there more on trips through the area except there are better values not far from there.

Great property, nice rooms and friendly staff.

Very nice place - lobby and bar were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also it was VERY quiet! The shower was awesome for a hotel, I loved that the handle was on the opposite side so you can let the water heat up without getting blasted by cold water. Very well thought out. The gym (although I didn't have time to use it) looked nicer than many I've been to with a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and what looked like a cable machine. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. Literally seconds to the freeway for our trip home to Portland... will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant had great food (especially the soups)! Would definitely stay here again.

I give the property excellent rating, not because it was without issue, but handling of the issue was excellent done and staff couldn’t have been more apologetic. Dining was a delight those 3 women handled their service. Area became very busy but orders and drinks seemed to flow with ease. Food was really good and we’re picky about wings. Chicken salad club was delicious. Portions can easily be shared. Staff have to be commended for their care and concern for customer’s needs. Bed also very comfortable!
