Aloft New York LaGuardia Airport

Room was comfortable, but lacking good coffee facility and microwave/small fridge. This is always helpful. The coffee service in the lobby (early morning) is not good.. cheap tasteless coffee and only small packets of half & half.. could be done better..

Perfect just to stay the night for a early flight

Absolutely nothing, this hotel will never receive my business again.

The hotel had no heat in the rooms. The staff knew this and instead of informing me they decided to pretend to fix it. I the complained again and they thought to give me a $25 dinner voucher. I’ll never forget this experience as it has been the worst. I travel frequently domestically and internationally and have never experienced something so disappointing.

I think the best aspect of this particular hotel is that it has a lot of good things going on, it has a public pool place and there is some other good things like the bar in the living room also, they have free transportation to the airport.

I think the access was tricky, we went trough some app and the guy was unsure how to access the front door, there is not a good explanation on where to land from the car perspective. That's not an issue itself but better indications for this would be an improvement.

A bit noisy but that could be the particular customers at the time . Could have been cleaner in public areas
