The hotel and room was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need.

The staff were not particularly welcoming, and communication could have been improved. At check-in, there was no clear guidance provided about using facilities such as the swimming pool or breakfast area, including timings. Similarly, at check-out, there was no follow-up or basic courtesy, such as asking about our stay. In terms of value, the room felt overpriced at around $200 per night, especially as breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately. The location is somewhat removed from major attractions, so transport is required to get around. However, a positive point is that there is a bus stop just a 2–3 minute walk from the hotel, which provides convenient access to different areas.

Comfortable beds and sized room, bathroom had plenty of space. There were vending machines and water dispensers next to the elevators where you could purchase basic needs without having to leave the hotel. Location is great if you don't mind having to go through a couple of streets that edge on the rough side but within close proximity to the Quebec touristic and transportation area 10~20mins walking distance.

Towels could be replaced, looked and felt a little dated. There was no cover on the door peep-hole and had to improvise on a solution. The room had a view of the opposite building which meant/gave a sense there was little privacy to have natural light. The little details in the room didn't match the exterior communal decor/details throughout the lobby area that gave a sense of premium.
