Days Inn by Wyndham Suites Fredericksburg

Breakfast was good. Location was ok, still had to drive to main street for the shops.

Pictures on website are very deceiving. Outside looks very drab it was painted gray, you think you would want a more inviting color. Rooms smelled stale. Not worth the money we paid for it. We had to ask for good bath towels ours had holes in them. We had to get someone to come fix the TV because it wasn't hooked up properly. Place just seemed run down. Poor paint job.Found a cheaper better place to stay but could not cancel my reservation because it was booked through a third party and it would cost me $150 to cancel, so it would cost more to cancel total. Just stayed there and didn't spend very much time in the room.

Do not stay here! When we checked in my husband was told that we could have a 1pm check out. At 11:45 last night I noticed that the smoke detector had a plastic bag around it (like someone had covered it to smoke in the room). We called the front desk to report it and they refused to send someone to fix it and told my husband to take care of it himself. They obviously don’t care about guest safety. Then at 10:45 this morning with the do not disturb out someone entered the room while I was getting dressed and my husband was in the shower. When I called the front desk I was told they don’t give 1:00 checkouts and received no apology for the person entering the room. My husband went to the desk to try to work out why we couldn’t have what we were promised and was basically told they didn’t care about our experience and to leave. 29 minutes after checkout time we got a notification that our late check out was denied. This property does not care about their customers at all.

We were thinking it would be more of a eggs/ meat/ cereal etc

the room stayed cool in the living part but warm in the sleeping area. First night was uncomfortable second night was okay. I would not stay there during the summer

Fredericksburg/ nice room/ room was hot the first night and a little better the second night, clean room

Friendly staff… clean well maintained
