This was my second stay here, Your staff are so amazing and facilitating. Dinner in the restaurant was INCREDIBLE, buffet breakfast was so yummy, and great coffee. Honestly my favourite place to stay in Wellington, and I love how close to Cuba it is. My claustrophobic mum didn't even mind the lift and was glad we had windows. The room was cosy, and the beds were great, we slept really well. The room was really quiet too. The heater was LOVELY and really helped make the room cosy. Lovely pressure in the shower and the complimentary shampoos etc smell so good!

I wish the room had more kitchen-like facilities. Maybe a mini kitchen instead of the cupboard that everything is stored in, just for easier hot drinks. Doesn't need to be fancy but the cupboard seems like a waste of space.

I find it's in a good area. Quite central. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The room is very clean and comfortable.
