West Plaza Hotel

Location was perfect and definitely value for money everything one could want in the room.

Shower did not have a removable nozzle it was fixed to wall I prefer to be able to be able to remove the shower head

Location closer to intended destination as this was a night stopover for the trip next day.

Difficulty of finding a parking space.

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable

The West Plaza Hotel is in such a great spot for the business I needed to attend to over the few days spent in Wellington. The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt safe secure and warm.

I didnt eat at the Hotel as there wasnt really any quality healthy food on the menu for GF or DF. The shower could do with a good clean, it had pink mold in the grout.

Good location for what we wanted. Clea, tidy and comfortable

Need to.ask for milk after you get to your room. Shower head was quite low

Such a great location. Easy parking. Clean tidy rooms. Great value for money
