The location was easy to access restaurants and locations in Rapid City.

Our room was disgusting- red stains on the carpet in multiple locations, carpet was wet in multiple locations, nightstand to was sticky, food debris and paper pieces/ trash throughout room on the floor, stains on pillowcases. I called to ask for either a new room, or someone to come clean it, but was on hold for 15 minutes. I walked to the lobby and there were 7 people waiting in line to be helped. When I brought it up the next morning, the desk clerk didn't care and just said "Ok."

Bed was comfortable

Bathroom door stuck. Hole in wall, stains on sheet. Breakfast was a joke.

Close to highway and room was comfortable and quiet.

Carpets were a bit dirty and some minor graffiti on the railing on second floor.

Not a thing

Wallpaper peeling off walls in multiple spots. No outlet covers on outlets the lights were plugged into. Musky smell, weird water spot on wall behind shower that looked like mold. Stains in carpet. Had to cut family pool trip short because we found a tampon floating in the pool. The pool room was dark, 7 lights were burnt out and one light was flickering. Breakfast options were a waffle, or cereal, not there was no milk. No juice because the machine was broken. No towels in room, had to dry off with a hand towel. Went to front desk to get some and one of the workers was complaining to a customer about how her colleague double charges for the rooms. The whole experience was awful, we booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 because it was so bad we checked out early.
