Under renovation
I reserved the room from orbitz (expedia). during reservation, they did not notify that there was a renovation going on. Because of that there was not breakfast even though I reserved as breakfast included. I asked to cancel my reservation due to no breakfast. But the staff on the reception said that this should be done before 24 hours earlier. How should I have known that there was renovation and no breakfast before I arrived the hotel and processed my reservation. That was so stupid.
Zero of their listed amenities and perks were available due to construction. No breakfast, no pool, and no gym. When I asked if they were giving discounts or rebates they said they would ask the manager, and never did. I understand remodeling and things like that, but don't make it out to be your customers problem that you can't fulfill your promises.
Our room was very clean, comfortable, and up to date. Staff was very nice and helpful. They are renovating right now so they are working on the lobby, etc. it will be beautiful when completely finished. I would stay here again.

The hotel app said they would have free breakfast. This was not true the hotel was going through renovations ad it was a mess

On the website was advertised as breakfast including and they are under construction they have no breakfast available that’s one of the things I look on a hotel
