Continental breakfast was very bad. Cereal was stale. Blueberry muffins also were stale. No waffle mix was made and no coffee available. No ice machine available either. Manage acted like we had no business complaining about these issues.

They gave us key to first room and it was occupied by another person. Second room was dirty. Bed sheets stained. Stuff on bed. Third room floor was dirty stained restroom walls and shower tub would fill up with water before I would finish taking a shower. Horrible experience. Probably not going to be using Wyndham hotels anymore

The staff was absolutely horrible and very disrespectful. He will try to pull one over on you every chance he gets if you aren't paying attention and know what you are doing. Make sure and get proof of all your receipts because he waits until you are gone to close them out and act like it never happen. The property is 3/4 under construction. I was placed in a room with no working phone, no smoke detecter, and no proper working A/C unit. What kind of business puts someone in a room with no working A/C unit in this kind of texas heat and doesnt expect them to notice??

Microwave needed to be clean same as the coffe maker. Pillows are very very cheap.
