The room was not clean. There was a huge mass of hair in our shower and flakes of dirt and debris everywhere.

Location. Clerk at check in was very pleasant.

Put us in room farthest from elevator and exits. Then deactivated our keys after 1st of 2 nights. No where tp hang clothes, water staines in ceiling with musty smell. 5 am while sleeping head area of matteess collapsed to floor
