Convenient to ice arena

The room advertised seating area. It had on chair no deal chair. Went down to breakfast and the trays were empty at 7:30 am. The coffee was cold. Won’t return to this hotel.

Clean hotel. Decent breakfast and friendly staff

Second time we have stayed here. For one night, passing through, it is fine. Fairly clean and comfy. Decent breakfast with eggs and bacon. Good price point. Nice to have Bravo restaurant near hotel to walk over for dinner or happy hour. Easy checkin and checkout.

Bed was not clean , long hair like woman in bed, sheet was used by somone before and never changed. Bathroom clean but not ready for new guest, bathtub not clean and used soap on shelve :(

I asked for a first floor room but none were available. There was a lot of distance from the front to the elevator then down to a room over half the distance of the hotel away from the elevator. Once in and unloaded, I discovered the thermostat in the room didn’t work so I had to move everything to another room. I have a heart condition so i asked the front desk if someone could help me. She said she couldn’t leave the desk as she was the only employee in the building. Can’t believe a hotel of this size has only one employee on at 6:00 pm.

Long term stay place, outdated rooms, poor cleaning.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the rooms were dirty. The pullout couch was disgusting. The duvet on the bed was stained and nasty. And the hallways smelled like smoke. Everything just seemed old and grungy with a fresh coat of paint put over it. I was very disappointed in this Choice hotel

The carpet was gritty and dirty when we checked in late in the evening. I requested vacuuming the next day and cleaning the room. A few papers that were on the floor when we checked in were still there. Covid ended years ago and thus hotel is still not cleaning rooms. We had to take dirty towels to the front desk for clean ones. Coffee in the morning was cold, eggs were terrible. Sanitizer in the gym was empty. The hotel advertised a bar and had a bar menu in the room. The bar was closed, no food. Would never recommend this hotel again.
