TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I found out, my flight was canceled to Lafayette. I messaged the hotel to let them know I would not be coming as a Marriott platinum member I “ass”umed they wouldn’t charge me for my late cancellation but not only did they try they were EXTREMELY rude!!! I had to call Marriott Corporate to get it overridden.. end of the day terrible customer service.. AVOID!!!

The reception staff was extremely welcoming, the hotel was very nice, and the room was spotless. My stay was truly pleasant, and I would be happy to stay at this property again.
The hotel was in a quiet location and secure. Breakfast was good. The room was a little crammed, for example, the long length mirror was covered by a huge TV making it inaccessible for use. The bathroom in the room could have looked a little more clean but overall okay.
First room was very dirty. Stained lampshade, curtains, and found a dirty sock between the mattress and box spring that was very dirty. Had to request new room. Next room was cleaner but bathroom had molding baseboard around the tub, stained curtains, and and bugs crawling around in the light. Overall property is okay. Not very clean. Should have received some sort of discount for the inconvenience of changing rooms but staff didn’t seem to care
