Surf & Sand Hotel - Free Hot Breakfast & Rentals

Breakfast was good but could start early. We had early fishing and had to grab something at McDs. Need more spaced out times for BF. Too many people standing and waiting their turn.

Wider time span for BF and it wasn't quite ready at 730

The motel location is fantastic. The ocean directly across the street. If you could see it?

There were too many people talking loudly in the lobby during check in, the echo was horrible. The column right outside our door was the bathroom. Requested city view on website, we got the pool right across from door, we do not have kids, but got to enjoy their excited screams. Scared to use electrical outlets, they've around to much to get plugged in.

The pool and beach area was lovely. The hot breakfast was also nice.

The rooms and bathrooms were outdated.

Quiet overnight

Electric short in desk lamp, slippery tub, too soft mattress on one side, like it is worn out

Good location overall, but not on the beach. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The plumbing was not well maintained, with only a small flow from the bathroom faucet and a substandard shower head. The bed frame had sharp metal edges sticking out in one side causing a leg scratch. AC unit is very loud. The breakfast was somewhat limited with eggs, bacon or sausage, and the option to make waffles. There were no pastries, cheeses, cut meats or other common items available.
