Not sure who made the mistake on the booking but not happy

Booked ground floor because husband is disabled Changed my booking to above level. Booked two queen beds got one small double. I couldn’t sleep because my husband had to have the bed on his own due to disability. Not a good stay

"I would say it was horrible!"

Location was the only good about it!

It was misleading on the booking site! The lady a the front desk was rude when we checked in. The tv didn’t work. You had to ask for towels every time you needed them which was crazy to me!

"Stayed here prior to the complex being sold several time at half the price same complex higher price"

Close to the beach

I was not able to get a receipt I booked thru booking.com because the rates were cheaper staff stated I had to get receipt from Booking.com, I use Booking .com all the time and this is the first Hotel that would not provide me a receipt.
