Quality Inn & Suites Near Six Flags and Medical Center

Hotel was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the pillow cases. It looked recently updated with fresh paint. We had enough towels but no wash rags for our shower. I did go ask for an extra blanket for my daughter and was told they don’t have extra blankets only sheets.

The traffic and only one entrance way into the hotel.

The pool was clean, house keeping came in and made our beds and threw away trash, and I got my deposit back.

Tv wasn’t working in original assigned room, had to move us to another room. Then the new room was so hot, the ac wasn’t on because that wasn’t our assigned room. The smells from the drains was disgusting. Had to get towels from front desk myself (I’m paying to stay, bring me my towels) to top it off the towels were disgustingly stained. THE WIFI IS VERY WEAK. if you have iPad kids or depend on the WiFi do not get a room here. The blinds in room were jammed. I only stayed here because it was close to six flags. And I won’t ever make that mistake again.

You pay what you get. It was quiet and sketchy at the same time. No hot water. We paid $60. You cant be took picky. Staff was nice

Roaches, stains, rude staff

There were roaches in the bed and all on the walls. Ultimately, I decided to check out and when I confronted staff about the roaches, they refused to give me back my cash deposit to the point that the police had to be called. I have never in my life received such disgusting and disrespectful treatment or service at a hotel. Not to mention that now they refuse to give me a refund for services NOT provided. Ridiculous.
