"This location was so close to our family and the staff was wonderful."

The staff here was so accommodating and friendly and helpful! We felt supported and respected and welcomed. Our interactions with the staff were the best parts of our stay. Also loved the little touches like the plants, book swap, games, popcorn, waffles, and fruit.

Would have loved better lighting and warmer ambiance in the room itself.

The pool, fitness room, breakfast and hotel overall were nice. Fresh fruit, good tea and coffee, beautiful plants everywhere. Kind staff.

The water pressure in the shower on the 5th floor was poor. You can hear every roller suitcase or cleaning cart in the hallway, which was irritating.

"Much more than we expected, a lovely stay"

The breakfast offered more than we expected. Usually the "Breakfast included" hotels offer very little. This was not the case here. A good variety and healthy choices as well. Excellent.
