Cleanliness of the rooms.

The warning signs of forfeiting your security deposits for washing your face, hands, etc; on the hotel towels. Double charging of hotel stay booking and when questioned about the charges the registration clerk became agitated. The toilet stools were too low to accommodate my elderly father.

Very good breakfast. Good variety!

Tv would not work. Front desk came down and found it had been unplugged. Plug would not reach outlet. He had to get a surger to plug into. Remote wouldn’t work . He got us fixed up.
