Nothing. It was awful.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Overall, the public spaces were dreary and depressing. My room was horrible. It was badly maintained, things in disrepair, beige walls with cheap brown furniture that was also either damaged and not always in good condition. Even though the larger surfaces (the floor and bathroom) were generally clean, the state of disrepair throughout the room, and the lack of attention to cleaning the detailed areas of the room, made the room feel dirty. The baseboards, for example, were covered in grime. Plus nothing in the room was maintained. There were marks on the walls, paint worn off door frames, baseboards, the caulking around the bathroom sink was sloppy, the towel racks were not securely fastened to the wall, the plastering in the bathroom was horrible in places, there was a hole in the drywall next to the bathroom shower stall. There was a chip of wooden veneer off the door to the room. It felt like a hotel room in a third world country. It all contributed to a disgusting feeling in the room. I didn't even want to put my clothes on the couch. Though the bed was comfortable and the sheets presumably clean, I couldn't sleep much. Even though I had prepaid for 6 nights, I checked out after the first morning. I was not offered another room. I tried to get a reimbursement for the 5 remaining nights not used but the management of the hotel refused, both with me and Booking.com who attempted to help me, even though I supplied ample pictures of what was wrong. The management first denied me saying they offered another room (which was not true, I was not offered another room). Then they said it was against their policies, which is completely arbitrary. I have traveled all over the world. I am 70 years old. I have never had a more horrible hotel experience as this. $392 wasted. There are better hotels in the same area for the same amount of money and I suggest strongly that you go elsewhere.

The staff

Room the refrigerator didn't with, was transfered to a different room and water was seeping up through the floor.

The bed was comfortable.

There was A lot f foot traffic in and outside of the hotel. It took three different rooms before we got a room. The breakfast was plain. The hotel was not very clean and our room was not clean. Overall not a good hotel
