The staff was super nice, the facilities and room were very clean.

The t.v. was outdated. There wasn't an option to connect to Netflix or movie channels. The shower head was old and terrible.

We booked a handicap room in a so-called pet friendly hotel, and were told that we were not allowed to have a dog and handicap room we were put in a regular room which my husband could not get around in. It was very disappointing vacation

TV & Ice machine worked fine. Checking in was also pretty nice.

Our room, 130 , and we stayed on June 18th, 20026, smelled like dog piss. The floor was soaking wet and also smelled like dog piss & linens had what looked to be urine spots on them. We drove many miles and was too tired to start any confrontations. We used the blankets that was in our vehicle. Tried to get away from the smell, but the smell got in our clothes & even our footware. One of the WORST places we ever stayed. it used to be a good place to stay , but what the hell happened! We had to wash ALL our clothes and went straight home because we were embarrassed of the smell that other people might smell.

Property was very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great!

Location was close to highway so outside was a bit loud but very quiet and comfortable inside.

Shower tub needs a little spot touched up. White appliance paint on porcelain. Needs new shower curtain. Room 206

Very pleased with the property . . . All staff members were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Daily breakfast was great with (many) generous selection options; plus, primary breakfast attendant was so pleasant and worked very hard to maintain an exceptional eating environment. Must also commend housekeeping for their attention to detail in the bathroom; it was spotless! Overall, the property exceeded our expectations.

Two minor observations . . . Slight peeling of wall covering in some areas of hallway on 2nd floor. Also, while bed linens appeared to be very clean, there was a faint oder - that may be eliminated with occasional use of fabric softener/dryer sheets. Again, these minor observations did not detract from an overall “great stay”. Thank you!!

It was an average place to stay. It was a little farther away from the places we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was pet friendly.

Now that we’ve been to Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek, Berlin, and Millersburg, they’re places much closer to stay without additional cost. We bought our pet, and didn’t realize we needed to stay in a designated area. We gladly moved to a new room. The room itself was nice, but the carpet was filthy.
