It was decent and mostly clean, could be cleaner but it was fine for the cost. Close to food and close to where we were going each day for work.

Location and noise all night. Bathrooms could stand to remodeled and updated. Walls and ceilings had stains and cracks. Bed covers and linen needs to be replaced with new and updated.

"Satisfied our requirements for an overnight stay but failed on the Breakfast front."

On a road trip so the location on our trip was a deciding factor. Essentially the hotel met our requirements at a reasonable price.

Thought the Breakfast offering was poor and staff failed with any timely replenishment given the number of guests taking the breakfast offering.

"A wonderful basic room, clean and comfortable."

We were not looking for fancy. We were looking for a clean comfortable place while in town for a funeral. This place has kind helpful staff and a clean comfortable place to sleep. If looking for a resort feel look elsewhere. If looking for comfort, clean, safe place to sleep and great staff this was excellent.
