I like the price at first.And the employee was very nice

False advertisement. They require a deposit that they do not say anything about until you get there.. which I know is strange and illegal.In my opinion, they also tried to charge me a twenty dollar early check in fee.Because I asked if I could check in a couple hours early if the room was already clean by chance. They said the room was clean, but if I came before three o'clock I would have to pay them.Twenty bucks never in my life have.I heard of anything like this knowing d*** well that is not days in policy.. This is a privately owned hotel and I am not being racist by saying this.I am speaking the truth and unfortunately, most people in the united states know exactly what i'm saying.When I say. It was a nice hotel that some foreigners bought, and they are running it into the ground as we all know, happens quite a bit, so there are stereotypes this place.Fits that to the t they are running it into the ground until they lose days in as a supporter or business and have to change it to the hotel.. but the smells and the location and the tiny, tiny parking no, where to walk a dog at all? Stay. Somewhere else, and if not make sure you ask them for a room that has more recently been redone, especially ask for a room that has a newer mattress for sure. They seem to be very anal and strict, even though they aren't anything special at all.. But I would recommend staying someplace else i stay in the area quite a bit. I will not stay here again. I'm not an expert on anything, but I have done travel nursing for over 25 years. And have lived in and out of hotels for many, many years. I know a lot about hotels and a lot about their policies and a lot about where they clean and don't clean where to look. Etc et cetera, one thing's for sure you are not getting what they advertise and be prepared to pay more than what the deal is and pay a deposit.

When I first arrived at night I was given a room that was loud and had an unpleasant smell. The next morning, Navita helped me find a more pleasant room and I was very grateful. She was patient and understanding. I truly appreciated her.

The odor of the cleaning products was off putting.

Staff always great. Room always clean

They could have maintenance hold off on working on loud projects till after 11am. Being woke up at 8am was alittle annoying.
