Days Inn by Wyndham Enterprise

The pool has never been cleaned, no smoke detector in room, property was filthy.

This hotel was in a nice location, easy walking distance to a few restaurants. Very clean, comfortable bed. Spacious room. No hair dryer in the room, so pack accordingly.

Staff & owner was very friendly and helpful. Had to shorten stay for personal reasons, Staff and Owner understood the challenge and refunded for 3 nights that needed to be cancelled. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable.

Coffee was weak and breakfast was minimum. Toast, mini muffins, donut sticks, and cereal. But still adequate for an overnight stay.

The location was great

It was very dirty and gross. The room floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes after showers or our feet were black. They changed towels daily but did t make up the beds, we were given a small sample size bar of soap and one half empty perused shampoo. Gross. They sold us breakfast with the room but it was so bad many people walked out. Everything was so disappointing, I could have stayed at the Fairfield for the same price but this was closer and I have never felt so ripped off. This place is gross, the owners are cheap and act like they don’t know what’s the problem. I’m a world traveler and this was worse than many third world countries where I have stayed. I guess they think being cheap and charging like they are consumer considerate is their best fake. Never again and my so. Lives there and I need rooms often….never again

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast could have offered a better variety or some juice. The room needs a new door sweep to keep bugs out.

They canceled my rooms as I stood in line to pay.. I received the cancelation email AFTER, I walked out.. I have a travel girls basketball team and we were literally stuck sleeping in a motel filled with roaches because they canceled the day of.. I had 2 games that day and arrived at the hotel prepared to pay and get rest.. HORRIBLE

The air conditioning for my room was off when I arrived. It was over 90 degrees in there and took several hours too cool off. This is unacceptable in July in Alabama.
