The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. The rooms were clean,airy and spacious with lovely clean bedding and towels

The beds weren’t particularly comfy. We stayed upon landing for 2 nights and the night before we flew home. Two different rooms but both beds were uncomfortable. Maybe new mattresses are called for 😊

Clean, new-looking building which looks very impressive from the entrance. There's a nice pool and an upper covered terrace. It's quiet at night and not far from the main road for a selection of cafes and restaurants, although the cheaper ones tend to be up the other end (this is the far end, coming from Negombo).

The place, although large, was empty. It's not their fault if it's quiet, but it gave the property a rather abandoned air. There were several young men hanging around as if looking for something to do, but breakfast (once I reminded them about it) appeared on time and was plentiful. The pool area adjoins the river which is pretty grubby. There is still bird life around, though. Not much of a vibe, but a perfectly pleasant place to chill out.

It exceeded my expectations in every way. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail created an unforgettable experience. It was hassle free to locate the property from airport and do the check-in, After a sunny cab ride from airport they welcomed us with cool welcome drink. Beach and restaurants are in walkable distance, so no need to worry about food options. Rooms were neat & clean and staffs were very friendly to guide Us.

Don't expect a beach view rooms otherwise you'll be disappointed apart from that nothing to say Cons about the property.

Everything. We came in the last minute and couldn't enjoy all the facilities, as only one overnight stay was booked. It's an awesome place. Just go for it

We got a pretty good price, so can't really complain about much. The pool was nice, the AC worked well, good water pressure in the shower, nice staff who were very accommodating. Bed was great too, nice sheets.

Maybe not as clean as we had hoped. The shower curtain needs to be replaced immediately. There was dried toothpaste on the wall and sink. There were ants in the bathroom (but they quickly sorted that out when we rang them). The bathroom window shutters need to be cleaned or replaced as they are covered in dust and dirt. The pool walls also need a clean, there is some grime. These are all small things, but details you expect to be addressed by nicer hotels.

Great cozy hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, has everything you need. Cleaning daily. The hotel has a cool pool. Convenient location. In walking distance there are different cafes, restaurants, bars, stores, spas. To the airport go 15-20 minutes by car. In our opinion this is one of the best hotels in Negombo at a reasonable price.
