Wayfarers Cottage

It’s cosy vibe, the wood heaters and plenty of wood for a freezing couple of days. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen ware.

White tiles in kitchen and courtyard. Only because they were always dirty and in a holiday house didn’t really want to be sweeping and mopping🤣

Comfort and character.

An awesome clean and comfortable stone cottage, close to town and with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday.

Everything had been thought of. Comfortable bedding and very clean.

Wasn't a fan of the ring door bell. It felt a little intrusive given it wasn't needed other than to see who was coming and going.

This was a wonderful holiday The location is excellent a short walk to everything The QR codes on how to use everything was a great help

The attention to detail, loved the covered back verandah-room which was warm in the afternoons from sun on the clear roof. Also loved the cosy wood fire in the front lounge room.

Didn’t use the middle room with dining table at all, rather dark in the daytime, probably good when it’s really cold in Winter (it also has a fireplace.) The cottage is very well equipped, but needs salad servers, a couple of small bowls for nuts and dips, and a tray to carry stuff out to the bbq. Also the hot water system took forever to get hot water to the shower, not really a problem, maybe just ancient plumbing!
