Very uncomfortable stay all around. I booked two nights and honestly did not want to stay the first night, but had nowhere else to go as it was late. I talked to management and expressed my concerns and that I would not be staying the second night and asked if they would refund my second night and they said that they had no problem in doing so, but that I would have to contact the company I made the reservation through to facilitate the refund. I have reached out to the company it was booked through and they have sent messages to the hotel management and they will not respond. I would not at all recommend staying here due to un cleanliness and poor management.

Room looked nothing like the pictures, the place is falling apart at the seams (scuffed walls, chipped flooring, outdated). A/C was akin to waiting for your plane to take off and emitted a stale food smell into the room all night. Bathtub had been painted over with emulsion paint, sink was blocked with past guests’ hair and would not drain. I would advise to not walk barefoot in the room, towels were stained and sticky substances on room surfaces. Thankfully we spent a very short night here - it’s a shame because the staff are lovely and these issues almost are beyond their control and need to be addressed by corporate.

The water pressure in the tolet was not good at all. It wouldn't do a complete flush

Room and bathroom was big and spacious.

Was called at 9:30 being told that if we don’t get there by 2:30 that our reservation would be cancelled. even though i book the room from 3pm-11am i was never made aware that i had to be there by 2:30 so at a concert got that confusing phone call so if we wanted to go out after the concert we could not. at breakfast they would not refill anything and it was only 9 when breakfast is until 11 so we did not get to eat. at 10:45am the front office staff was knocking on our door so we told them we will be out at 11 like it is listed. they still proceeded to stand at our door so we told them again we do not have to be out until 11? once we got to the checkout desk no one was there and after waiting a few minutes we left.

Bed was comfortable. Location was great. And super friendly staff. Breakfast was good to.

The toilet in the room wasn’t working. Maintenance said he fixed and still wasn’t working. Hallway had a strong order by the room.
