Nice Indian management, cheap, fast internet, safer than you might think

It is an older Motel, clean, but very basic. Close to the place I was going. Not a Motel I would choose for vacation. But ok for the traveler.

The property feels neglected. The railings to the second floor are rusted and hideous--albeit safe. Stairs are a bit uneven. In the fairly comfortable room I had to deal with both the shower and sink with faucet handles that were over-tightened and difficult to turn. My shower curtain was torn, worn and moldy. Towels were gray and tattered. On the plus side the room was fairly clean and the television was new.

The customer service was great. They were very helpful

The staff was great...the parking lot needs work.

Price was good. Convenient location near shopping center/grocery stores. Family room with 2 king beds was spacious.

Building is outdated. There was areas in the carpet in the room that felt like the sub flooring was missing pieces and it felt like you were going to fall through. small amount of mold in the upper corner of the bathroom. Carpet was worn. Noticed that another room looked like it had been broken into recently.

Bad, Bad, Bad. I had a situation at Motel 6. My son and I walked into the office to check in, and as we entered, a man was stepping out. I handed my driver’s license to the woman working there to check me in. She then asked, "Are you with him?" I assumed she was referring to my son, so I said yes, since it was just me and my son in the room. She used my driver’s license to enter my information into the system, then asked what car I was driving, and wrote it down. Shortly after, the same man who had left earlier came back, handed the office lady his driver’s license, and after they discussed some rules, she gave him his key, and he left. I was still standing there, waiting. The woman looked at me, so I said I was still waiting for my key. She looked at me as if I was confused. Then, in a different tone, she asked, "I asked if you were with that guy." I explained that I thought she was asking if I was with my son since he was the only one with me in the room. She then said she was asking about the man outside. I asked what was wrong with her, because in the room, it was only me and my son—why should I care about the guy outside? Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she told me I was wrong. After some back-and-forth, she told me she could decline my check-in. I agreed because I didn't want to stay somewhere where customers are treated like that. I was upset—after a long drive, I just wanted to check in and sleep. I was very disappointed with the check-in process and ended up finding another motel four miles away.

I enjoyed the quietness...the parking lot could use some work.
