I thought the accommodations were exceptional. I will definitely be using this place for any future stays in Ventura.

Nothing. I canceled immediately after looking at 4 rooms.

The beds had dirty yellowed pillows with no pillowcase. There was no bed skirt and the box spring and it was a rust brown. The first 2 rooms were disgusting! The last 2 rooms were less disgusting, but no way I would stay there! It smelled of smoke and the person manning the front desk tried to be helpful, but his English was hardly understandable. It was completely dilapidated and looked nothing like the pictures. No way anyone would pay to stay at this place! Avoid this place at all cost!

I liked when it was time to check out.

I didn't like that they put a single older woman in a dark dank corner room. I didn't like the office. The arm chairs were slashed. Both of them. I didn't like the sign on the room two doors away which read, STAY OUT ! UNSAFE TO ENTER ! city ordinence. I didn't like the dead plants, cracked plaster or chipped paint everywhere. I especially didn't like the other occupants. No smiles no manners.
