"The best days are gone, but friendly stuff"

the staff is quite friendly and is interested to support you in case you need them. the pool is quite nice, also the playground and the parking lot. the bed was really good.

the best days off Perla Luxury are gone already. the air condition in room 101 is not working properly. even when we switched it off it was heating and cooling with a heavy fan the whole night and we were not able to sleep. the control was saying SOS. we asked the staff to get it fixed, but we haven’t felt that this will be fixed during our stay, so we asked to change the room, which was possible after a while as there were not many guests available. in the new apartment in one bedroom the emergency lights were flushing the whole night and we were forced to use tape to get it dark. in addition the room was not cleaned properly and we have found an empty Red Bull can in the cupboard. during checkout we were asked to pay it, even if we haven’t drunk it. the mosquito net was not working, the door is stuck. breakfast is okay, but not special. the complimentary shower gel has a “best before date” which was in 2019, we don’t care, but this is strange. the beach with free beach beds is 4km away. in total too many things which are not luxury as expected!

Booked a premium room with twin beds and 2 single beds received a room with only a pull out couch and a bed. Which was the option for less money.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is clean and quiet. Very few people use the pool. Room - comfy bed.

There is no restaurant/ bar onsite. The beach which you are allowed to use is 3km (20 min drive) away.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. It was not crowded, in a quiet area and with a lovely pool, not to mention the amazing staff. We highly recommend this hotel for families, but not only.
