Well I would like to write a review, we were however not given a room even though we had paid for it via expedia and confirmed the booking in person with the hotels staff prior to arrival. At the time of arrival we told that the booking no longer existst and were supposed to be relocated to another substandard hostel. We did not agree to it and looked for a different place to stay which we thankfully found next door (big thanks to Banff Lodge again!). The travelles guest house however, is refusing to refund me despite the owner having agreed to it when I talked to him on the phone. Not to mention that we are travelling with 2 small children, so I do pick the places to stay carefully since I am concerned with my kids safety and well-being and dont like to be moved around like a piece of furniture. Thank you for nothing travellers guest house.
