Simple hotel a little old but it fits the price. Biggest problem was that I had filtered hotels only with AC and booked this hotel. But to my surprise it did not have AC.

The location was good and so was the parking. The building was a bit run down. Especially the area at the back.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Overall the hotel was very good. In particular the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the food in the restaurant in the evening was also very good.

Good hotel not so far away from HAnnover. Checking and checkout is quick. Hotel and room is clean. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Area is silent and allows a good rest. Buffet available for dinner.

We arrived and found out that the hotel had a BBQ event and a live band so we decided to partake of this offer. The night went very well a great selection of food and superb service with the manageress on hand to ensure the evening ran well. The next morning however..we came down to breakfast, dirty uncleared tables with no staff to be seen anywhere. Very little hot food, our selections were scrambled eggs or boiled eggs plus a little patty thing, No milk for breakfast cereals or tea or coffee. Lots of kids complaining to their parents about the lack of milk and butter. We went to reception and there was no one there, we had to go to the rear reception entrance to find a young girl who told us all the staff were busy. Eventually after complaining 2-3 staff did turn up but too little too late ques at the coffee machine once the milk had arrived. we left and found motorway services were we purchased our breakfast. For this price, very poor Best Western. I suspect once the manger disappeared the staff stopped working.

The bar closed early on a couple of evenings. The staff were very helpful. The showers were great, especially as the temperature was in the hight 30's. Couple of local eateries
