Neighborhood is not safe

This was my first stay at this hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is very close to the station, in a cleaner and quieter area, and the cleanliness was very good. The room had everything I needed, and I also received an upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice bonus. I also ordered room service, and it was fine. Another plus is the relaxation/waiting area, which has many interesting books and magazines, and complimentary coffee and water are available there. I would also like to mention that Mr. Sawan took care of my issue and tried to resolve it as best as he could, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, there was one downside: around 8:00 in the morning, the housekeeping staff started cleaning and made a lot of noise. I contacted the reception, and they tried to help, but my sleep had already been disturbed. I was told that they had many guests and were trying to finish cleaning more quickly, but I explained that this is not acceptable, especially for people who come to rest, for those who work at night, or for guests who want to sleep longer. The reception tried to make up for it in several ways, including offering me breakfast for free,which I appreciated, even though I was too tired to go to breakfast,so i skip it. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and clean, but I would really appreciate improvement when it comes to morning noise.
