"Wish they would have supplied more than one cup and one set of towels. If 4 can stay in a room, why limit?"

Convenient location

There is no continental breakfast and with the cost of the rooms they could have a small one at least. Not fancy. No soda or snack machines on floor, needed to go down to front reception which was busy and get anything from pantry and stand in line to purchase.

"Horrible hotel. Cockroaches in the room!"

Walked into the hotel at 9pm to a huge line of people waiting to check in. While waiting someone was complaining about their toilet overflowing in their room. Should have been my first red flag to leave. The front desk worker was there alone and seemed stressed out. Took 20 mins to get checked in. Since we are were gold members they gave us a free drink ticket. But the bar was already closed. Got to our room finally and it smelled awful!Just musty and wet smelling. The cabinets in the room where falling off the hinges. The couch had stains all over it and a huge rip all the way across the back. Pulled out the bed in the couch to find a horrible mattress that my daughter would not sleep on because it was so uncomfortable. The room didn't have extra sheets or pillows for the couch bed. So had to go back downstairs and wait in line to get bedding. My daughter ended up putting all the bedding down on top the couch and slept on it, instead of the pull out. Since we all 3 couldn't sleep in the bed. Would have found a different hotel but it was already 10pm by this time and we had to leave for a gymnastics meet at 7am. Went to bed. Woke up in the morning found a cockroach crawling up the wall in the bathroom. Went to wake up my daughter and found another cockroach on the couch next to her. We immediately got up and packed and left. This hotel was beyond awful! I would never recommend this to anyone!

Didn't have breakfast included and the bistro was a little nook with over priced food. And my shower soap dispenser was empty

Place is old. Bedding is old. Bathrooms are old. Lobby was under construction which wasn’t mentioned at booking. Patio area is dirty
