Naksan Balcony

The property is as clean and beautiful as the photos. It is always a comfort to return after a long day out especially in the cold winter weather. There is some walking to do and stairs to climb, but the view and the comfort of home makes it up. It is also never difficult to call a taxi via K-ride and it works out to be economical for a family of 4. Most important of all is we are hosted by a kind and awesome owner. She goes the extra mile to attend to our queries and needs. For those who do not mind the litlle walk, this is the place to stay when in Seoul.

The view, the proximity to everything, the ease to get there, the ammenities, EVERYTHING!

No remarks at all

The property is located on top of a hill in a very local area, making you feel like you are living in your very own k-drama. The flat itself is very cute and comfortable (and warm on cold nights!) and the balcony has the most stunning view of Seoul. The owners are very nice and helpful and have thought of everything one might need in the apartment. We loved our stay at Naksan Balcony and can’t wait to be back here again!

Nothing - everything was perfect and as stated! While it is up on a steep hill, we had no problems walking down the hill and then simply taking bus number 03 back up, which stops just 3 minutes away from the flat. Very convenient!

宿泊前から色々とメールで質問をさせてもらいましたが、返事が早いし明瞭で宿泊前からとても安心できました。 着いてオーナーさんが来てくださいましたが、とっても素敵な方で優しさが滲み出ている感じ。めちゃくちゃ優しい。親切！！ 部屋は202に泊まりましたが、部屋はもちろん超綺麗で水回りも清潔だし、とってもおしゃれです。シャンプーやボディソープなどもとても良い香り😍私の泊まった部屋は浄水された水が出てくる蛇口もあったので水を買わなくて済んでとても便利でした。 コンセントは、韓国式なので変換器を忘れずに！！ あと、ルーフバルコニーは昼間も夜も最高！！ ロケーションとしては、東大門駅まで歩いて20分〜くらい？とにかく、東大門駅までは、日本で見たことのない急勾配の坂が続きます！！ タクシーに乗って下ったり登ったりしているとジェットコースターに乗っているみたいでした。なかなか危険な転びそうな坂です。 その代わり、景色が良いので景色を売りにしたカフェがホテルの近くにたくさんあります。近いのですが、坂がすごいので行くのは大変です。 近くのSoulcaveというBARのオーナーさんも日本の音楽やお酒が好きということで気さくに話してくださいました。 とにかく坂がすごすぎてそれは確実に不便ですが、その不便さを分かっていてもまた泊まりたい宿でした！宿周辺の雰囲気も素敵。おしゃれなお店がたくさんあります。あと、駅の近くのクァベギ屋さんのおじさまもとても優しくてクァベギも激うまです。(広蔵市場のクァベギとはまた違う美味しさ) とにかくおすすめの宿です！

An unique appartment with a wunderful view over Seoul in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. I really didn't want to leave..and surely want to come back.

Schöne Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Unterkunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe begrenzt.

The location was amazing. It is next to Naksan with beautiful views of the city and the wall (especially at night time). What I loved the most is the location. The neighbourhood is very traditional so totally recommended. It is located on a hill so expect some hills ;) 10 mins walking down to the metro and bus stations. Nevertheless, bus passes by very frequently.

Everything was good!

The neighbourhood has such a wonderful charm and, while hilly, the effort of getting there is absolutely worth it for this amazing property and the view from the private terrace and shared roof terrace. There is a frequent local bus from the end of the street which will take you to Dongmyo subway station. There are, however, many opportunities to eat and drink in the local area. The apartment is clean and spacious and communication from the hosts was clear and friendly. If possible, I would stay here again when I am next in Seoul.

This was the first time i have ever rented an apartment, and it met all my expectations. The owner are really nice. The location as far as i am concerned was expectational and the view from the roof was fab. The best way to get to the location when you arrive is via taxi if you have luggage. It is on top of a hill which is why the view is great but their is a bus service that runs from the top to the bottom running about every 6 minutes. I enjoyed it so much i rebooked for feb for another 6 weeks
