This accommodation was excellent. It is a hotel style accommodation and provided us with drinks in the fridge a few snacks and sweets and tea and coffee. It was a very secure building and everything you needed was in the room. Breakfast was at a cafe nearby which was also very good and friendly. We were only there one night, which was a shame and if we ever returned to Salerno we would have no hesitation in staying there again.

The only disappointing thing for us was we lost the view due to maintenance being done on the building. However, I will point out the owner made this clear to us as early as possible and we would have had the option to cancel if we wanted to. We understand it was out of his control but it was a shame.

Fantastic location and easy reach to jump on the ferry so to go to Amalfi, Positano and other beautiful locations

Good location on the seafront with easy walking from the station and also into the old town. The information given by the owner's brother-in-law on arrival was very useful. This included train and ferry timetables.

The door to the apartment is definitely secure, resembling a walk in strong room door. The key operation is definitely awkward, so make sure you lock and unlock the door yourself in the presence of whoever meets you on your arrival.

Great location, warm welcome from the host and large spacious room.
