Eine sehr gute Unterkunft

very bad experience, i do not see anything on booking that this strange hotel has no reception service after 6 pm. when i got the hotel at 9 pm , the door was locked. i called one of the phone number , no one answer. i try to call another number on the door, there was a man on the otherisde of the phone. he speak no English at all . i just know little bit Germany , i told him i got a room booked and i paid .please open the door, he was saying in germany like you are late . no one come to help you to open the door. the hotel close at 6pm , what a nice reason i had ? i said that strange and too bad. he was angry and just stopped phone call. how is possible? the boss of this hotel is really working in the hotel industry? then a lady called me , she said she sent me an email with a password to open the door. ok , that is ok. i finally get in the room. but what about the first guy on the other side of the phone? when the customer has such a important issue . we had this kind of situation and strange answer.

Sehr schönes Hotel,habe leider mein Nachtzeug von mir und meinem Mann vergessen,kann man es nachschicken wenn ja bitte an folgende Adresse Ellen Koehne 45772 Marl Breddenkamp 2-4 ,wäre toll und lieb danke im Voraus

Goed hotel, modern zonder receptie, op zich wel handig, maar ook wel weer onpersoonlijk, maar dat ligt waarschijnlijk aan mijn leeftijd, verder goed geslapen, best wel goede koffie uit de automaat. Kortom een goed verblijf

Easy to find and park. Clean room. Good bed. Check-in with codes works fine. Breakfast is available nearby. Bakeries at 2 mins drive and a supermarket at 2 mins walk.

The machines near the reception provide some snacks, but you need coins. It would be nice to have the option to pay by card.
